Already have your vacation booked directly with Disney or another cruise line? Depending on when you booked, you may still be able to transfer your reservation to me.
Transferring your reservation gives you access to my planning help and support at no additional cost to you. I can help keep an eye on your reservation, watch for applicable promotions or price changes, answer questions, and help with all the little details that come up before your trip.
And the best part? Your vacation is still your vacation, I’m just here to make planning it a whole lot easier.
Why Should You Transfer?
Because you already paid for access to a travel advisor when you booked your vacation, you might as well use one!My planning services come at no additional cost, and having your reservation transferred allows me to provide much more hands-on help throughout the process. Depending on your trip, I can help with things like:
• Monitoring for new promotions or eligible price changes
• Resort, ship, and stateroom recommendations
• Dining and activity recommendations
• Transportation and travel logistics
• Pre-trip planning and reminders
• Answering all those random questions that pop up along the way
• Helping troubleshoot if something changes
• Tips and recommendations based on your specific trip
Basically, you still get to be involved in as much of the planning as you want, you just don’t have to do all of it alone.
What Stays the Same?
When an eligible reservation is transferred to me, the important parts of your booking stay right where they are.
Your reservation number, room or stateroom, travel dates, existing pricing, payment schedule, and other reservation details generally stay the same.
You’re not starting over, you’re simply adding me as your travel advisor!
What Changes?
The biggest change is that instead of handling everything directly with the vacation supplier, you have me to help you!
I become your point of contact for your reservation and can assist with questions, payments, changes, planning, and anything else that comes up along the way.
Your payments are still made directly to the travel supplier, I simply help facilitate and manage the process for you.
Is My Reservation Eligible?
Transfer requirements vary depending on the vacation supplier.For many reservations, your trip must have been booked within the last 30 days and cannot already be paid in full.
If you're outside of the transfer window, still reach out!
Depending on your reservation, I may be able to look at other options, including rebooking your trip while keeping the plans as close to your original reservation as possible.It never hurts to ask!
